I'm writing in regards to my experience with one of your REALTORS® - Mike Leibel. I recently had a home listed with Mike and was very please with his professional work ethics and the personal attention he was able to give me.

Mike's suggestions for showing my home were excellent and very reasonable to obtain. Doing the little things that count made a difference to the response we had on my home. Mike has a sense of pursuing only "qualified" buyers, which saves everyone time and energy.

Mike did his homework on the area before listing the home. This enabled him to answer any questions I had in regards to the current market. His knowledge of the area in regards to bus routes, schools, shopping, medical etc. is very valuable to the potential buyer. I was also very impressed with the creativity and quality of advertising he did on my home.

He put every possible effort into ensuring our home would sell in a reasonable time frame, and without reducing the listed price! Mike was in touch with me every week to let me know what actions he was taking for the upcoming week, so I was always up to date on what was happening.
